Welcome to ShahTire!

To ensure a safe, transparent, and efficient experience for all our valued customers, we have established the following policies:

1. Notice & Tire Information

• A valid receipt is required for all exchanges. All services—including balancing and installation—are final sale.

• Standard Alberta Tire Recycling Fee of $5 per tire ($20 per set) is always added to the total payment.

• Tires without the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol are not recommended for winter driving.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

What "Final Sale" Means:

In our policy, "final sale" means that once the service has been performed (for example, balancing or installation), or the tire has been mounted or installed on your vehicle, that transaction cannot be undone. In practical terms:

  • No returns or refunds: You cannot bring the tire or service back for money back once it's been installed.
  • No exchanges: You can't swap the installed tire or service for another product or service after installation.
  • No warranty coverage: "Final‑sale" items aren't eligible for any warranty claims through our shop (manufacturer warranties still apply where noted, but ShahTire won't process returns or exchanges).

So whenever you see "final sale" next to a service or item, treat that as a binding, non‑reversible purchase once it's completed.

• Exchanges or returns are permitted only if the tires have not been installed and are requested within 30 days of purchase.

• A valid receipt is required for any exchange. All services—including balancing and installation—are final sale.

• Final‑sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, and are not covered under warranty.

3. Limited Warranty

• All tires are covered against defects in workmanship and materials for up to 50,000 km or 1 year, whichever comes first.

• Road Cruza brand tires (manufactured in Thailand) are covered for up to 80,000 km or 2 years, whichever comes first.

• Tires used in commercial service (e.g., mail‑carrier, taxi, or ride‑share vehicles) are not eligible for mileage warranty.

• If a warranted, defective tire cannot be replaced with an identical product due to unavailability, ShahTire will issue a full refund or will offer a similar product.

• This warranty extends only to the original purchaser as named on the receipt.

3.1 Labour Warranty

• Labour is warranted for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first after the final sale.

3.2 Manufacturer's Warranty on New Tires

• New tires are covered exclusively by the manufacturer's warranty, typically valid for 12 months or up to 50,000 km from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

• For specific terms, conditions, and coverage, please refer to the tire manufacturer's warranty documentation.

• Used tires are sold as‑is, with no warranty provided by our shop.

3.4 Customer‑Supplied Parts
